Fry's dog 'Roy'

I see this picture of T C Fry standing outside what is now the archive office, every day and have always wanted to know what his lovely dog was called. Cataloguing a large box of photograph albums gave me the answer; with the discovery of a soft leather covered book. Every detail for each photo was written in white on the black pages and here you can see a snapshot of ‘Roy’ in 1918. Question answered.
