This selection of Fives items were donated, along with a school blazer and cravat by Derek Whitehead OB Adders, 1949.
Derek writes that “the fives balls cover the period from when the game took on its present form”.
My intention is to display the items in the Exhibition Room and I have enlisted the help of Mark Batchelder (Design & Technology) to that end.
I will post a picture of the finished product and snippets of information from Derek’s notes, in the next update.
